We at Willowbridge Marina are a working boatyard specialising in lifting boats in and out of the water, as well as on and off transport. Those owners who wish to carry out necessary repairs, services, structural alterations and or overhauls can avail themselves of our hardstanding, which is well supplied with more than adequate power supplies.
Once on hardstanding, owners can carry out the chosen tasks, or arrange for the same to be completed by specialist sub-contractors. Various facilities and services, including an extensive and well stocked chandlery, are available to ensure an owner, his helpers or contractors can facilitate the work, at their own pace and in their own time. We also have available a limited number of linear moorings. We take pride in the unique level of customer satisfaction we achieve.
We are able to manage any narrowboat between 6 and 21 metres. Broad beam handling depends on the length, beam and weight of the craft. Facilities and services available include pressure washing, sandblasting, welding, craft lengthening (or shortening), hull blacking, superstructure painting, interior fitting out, as well as engine and sterngear overhauls.
The boatyard has been operating at this site for 50 years. It is a family run business, working hard to provide services to canal boat owners and users.
